Our Luby&Lola ETSY shop will be opening to accept new orders this Friday 24th November at 8PM GMT
This is our LAST shop opening until the new year!
Due to such a high demand the shop opens to accept a limited amount of customer order slots. Now don't panic, these order slots are for individual customers and you can order as many ears as you like! There's no limit to how much you can order (well apart from your bank account saying that's more than enough Disney merch for this week...😂)
Once these slots are filled the shop will be closed and no more orders will be allowed to be placed. Customer slots are on a first come, first serve basis, so it is best to place your order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Sometimes our slots are filled within the hour!
We are not around to answer messages during the shop opening. If you have a question please get in touch via the shop beforehand, or you can always ask questions later.
Turnaround for orders is up to 2 weeks. If you need your order for a certain date before the 2 week dispatch you can add the Rush Fee to your order. This makes your order a priority and one of the first to be processed. Please add a note about the date needed so we can make sure it arrives with you in time.

Custom orders - if you would like to place a custom order you can purchase a Custom Order listing. This claims your slot and we can discuss your needs. Please ensure you have a firm idea of what you want in mind. Custom orders will be made in the Luby&Lola style and we will not copy other ear makers designs. If we do not feel that we can create your idea in our own style we will have to refuse your custom order.
Custom Pumps - We will have a very small number of slots available to design your own Disney pumps. Simply purchase the Custom Pump listing and we can discuss what character and detail you would like once your order has been placed.
If you do happen to miss out on a slot we do have a small collection of ears available to buy from the Tutu Factory. You can purchase via their shop or their own Etsy shop. Please note that their turnaround can be up to 4 weeks.
