INTERNATIONAL ORDERS -
When it comes to shipping from the UK, please keep in mind that it can take up to 9 working days once your order is marked as shipped. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you allow for the full 2-week turnaround, plus shipping time and the possibility of delightful Disney-themed delays.
To avoid any pixie-dust-induced disappointment, we highly recommend placing your order as early as possible. This way, you'll have your magical goodies in hand well before your trip!
Now, it's time for a little fairy confession. Our beloved Tinkerbell has retired from the Magic Mail service, but fear not! We've entrusted your precious package to the care of the Royal Mail and your local postal service. Please note that once your order is shipped, it's out of our hands and into the enchanting realm of postal magic.
Bibbidi Bobbidi BOO! When your payment has been approved, your item is then magically added to our queue! Our fairy godmothers are working hard to create your dream product, so it can be dispatched as soon as possible.
We will send your order to the address you provided at checkout. Please double-check that the delivery address is correct, complete with house number, street, and postcode. We don't want your order to get lost on its way to your castle!
It's important to double check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order! We want to make sure your magic mail arrives to you safe and sound. If there's an error with the address and your order is lost, unfortunately we won't be able to offer a refund or send a replacement. Even if you email us with a correction, the responsibility falls on the customer. Also, if you want your order sent to a different address, please keep in mind that it won't be insured through PayPal. Let's avoid any sad moments and make sure your order is headed to the right place!

Unfortunately, we have no control over any delays once your order has been dispatched. When we say working days, we're talking about the magical days of Monday to Friday, and not including those enchanted weekends or public holidays. Just a little heads up to keep in mind when placing your order and eagerly awaiting its arrival!
No sign of your order?
Have you checked your tracking code lately for any magical updates? We ship all of our ears with a special tracking service from Royal Mail, so you can keep an eye on your enchanted parcel. The Royal Mail will even send you an email when they are about to deliver your order! Make sure to check your inbox (and maybe even your spam folder) for your dispatch notification with all the tracking information you need. We want to make sure your ears arrive safe and sound to their new home!
We want to let you know that once we've sent off your order with the Post Office, we have the same info as you do! Unfortunately, we have no more access to tracking information than you do.
And to our international buyers, we want to remind you that once our Royal Mail service delivers to your country, it is then handed over to your local delivery service. Customs checks, slow local delivery services, and busy holiday periods can sometimes cause delays, so please be patient with your enchanted delivery.
Taxes and Duties
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
The payment of these charges and taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by ourselves, LubyandLola. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
Please note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay the delivery of some parcels and we cannot be held responsible for this. We ensure all custom labels are filled out correctly before dispatch.
All of our prices listed on our website are in British Pounds, and you will be charged in British Pounds.The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
So please don't panic and think that we have overcharged your account, it will just be that the funds have come out in your local currency instead of the GBP listed on the website,

Where an order has been dispatched to the customer by LubyandLola, it cannot be regarded as “lost in transit” until 14 working days have passed from point of dispatch. We always obtain proof of postage and if you have chosen a tracked service you will have the tracking code to use on the Royal Mail website.
LubyandLola offer a refund under these circumstances, but is not liable for providing any additional monetary refund in these circumstances. We do not replace lost orders.
Once this period has expired, written notification is required (as with cancellations) within 7 days. LubyandLola reserves the right to refuse any refund if notification of “missing” goods is not received within this time frame.
