Welcome to Lola's magical studio, where all of our ears are carefully crafted with love and pixie dust! Each pair is uniquely made to order, so you can be sure that your ears are as special as you are.
Please keep in mind that because our ears are made just for you, they can only be returned if there's a problem with the quality. So be sure to choose the perfect pair and feel free to contact us beforehand if you have any questions or need help deciding! We're always here to help make your dreams come true.
Now for the grown-up stuff.
Before making your purchase, make sure you take a magical moment to read all of our descriptions and store policies. We want you to be completely enchanted with your purchase and have the best experience possible. So, make sure to read carefully and ask any questions you may have.
We follow the Distance Selling Regulations (UK) 2000 which means that you may return any off-the-shelf item for a full refund (excluding delivery charges) within 7 days of delivery providing the item is new and unused. Please note that custom-made items, such as our ears and tutus are excluded from this and may only be returned if faulty or not as specified.
As all of our products are custom made to order or 'bespoke items' (as you can choose style, various colours, etc.) we cannot accept returns nor give refunds unless the item is faulty. (See further down for faulty item information) Please make sure you read the product description before placing an order.

Any ineligible goods returned will be refused, so it's important that you read and understand the following returns information.
Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo! We put lots of love and care into making each pair of ears just for you! But, just in case your ears arrived with any issues, please let us know within 7 days of receiving them and we'll make it right!
Customers MUST contact us before returning an item for instructions. Do not return goods for any reason without first contacting us as it may then be impossible to replace or refund the item. The item must then be returned to the address provided. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the item should it not arrive so you may like to send it via recorded delivery.
Once the item has been received, it will then be inspected and a refund will be issued. Return postage costs will also be refunded as long as the item is faulty. Any items that do not meet our return policy will not be credited.
