Yes, I'm even including feedback that isn't five stars! I feel it's only right that I include everyone's opinion. You as a customer should know everyone's thoughts on their order and I want to be as transparent as possible.
If you're shopping here on our website, you're not always going to be able to view our Etsy reviews. So you might have landed here and want to view some reviews before purchasing.
We take all feedback on board and will be adding the option to upgrade to wider headbands on all ears to avoid this problem. Not everyone has the same problem with these ears, we've sold a high amount in that style with five star reviews. But we always want to provide the best experience possible with our ears so we want to make sure no one has this problem with these ears in future.
Unfortunately, the customer did not contact us with any problems concerning their order upon receiving the ears or before leaving the review. If you have a problem with your order please contact the seller first. We would love to try and do what we can to fix it for you!
