Possible Order Delays

💜 IMPORTANT SHOP INFO 💜

Our etsy shop closed on the 26th March to catch up on orders. The shop will reopen to accept new orders in around a week - ten days.

Unfortunately, due to a high volume of orders placed around the same time, some of our orders may encounter dispatch delays. We work very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible and we really hate having to make you wait even longer.

As well as this some of our orders have estimated dispatch dates for this Friday and Monday which of course are UK Bank Holidays. As Etsy is a US based website this has not been accounted for and will result in orders placed later being shipped behind schedule. We didn't realise this problem until fairly recently. 
We take pride in the work that we do and it's very important to us that we provide the best service and have the happiest customers. 
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as we possibly can, whilst still keeping up a high standard of quality. ANy delays may vary from a few days up to a week. Please get in touch via the shop if you need your order around your dispatch date so we can try to accommodate your needs.
