Why can't I purchase?
You may have tried to purchase from the website but we have currently put our website on pause, during the current pandemic.
Why is this?
Due to the current 'lockdown' in the United Kingdom, a lot of our suppliers have closed until further notice. This means we are unable to get in more stock to fulfill new orders.
We are trying to stay open as long as we can so you can treat yourself to Magic Mail of course. (we're currently making just one trip to the Post Office every week, to reduce contact with anyone - remember, six feet away people!)
Being a seller online means we have to pay out a lot of fees for transactions, hosting, listings, subscriptions etc. This is why you are currently unable to checkout via lubyandlola.co.uk but you are able to use our Etsy shop, which currently remains open. It just means we aren't having to pay double the fees for both shops, as our income has been significantly affected by the current pandemic.
But can I still buy ears/pins?
If you need to feed your ear addiction please head to our Etsy shop to view our current headbands, or just for a window shop!
We will try to keep you updated as much as possible and we do hope we are able to reopen the website as soon as we can.
In the meantime, make sure you're following us on Instagram for when you need some time away from the news!
